ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Houck Transit Advertising oversees and manages contracted advertising campaigns from inception to final product or outcome. The Account Coordinator is a key player in coordinating and managing information flow and expectations between departments and clients in this fast-paced position. Account Coordinators perform organizational functions that occur before, during, and after the contract phase of the sales cycle.

The Position:

• 1-2 years of work experience as an account coordinator/project manager, customer success, or other related experience.
• Media experience is a plus.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and creatively problem-solve.
• Assume the role of liaison between clients and the company; eager to be an advocate, partner, and resource for our clients.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and work activities in the most efficient way.
• Advanced computer knowledge and data management experience. Highly developed in typical business-type software and eager to learn new proprietary systems.
• Business acumen and good with numbers.
• Ability to follow directions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Enjoy collaborating and being part of a team.

Houck Transit Advertising is based in Shoreview, MN. Our city ranks as one of the best suburbs for professionals in Minnesota. Shoreview is close to both Minneapolis and St. Paul downtowns, while still providing a great outdoor atmosphere.
